Partner — Antitrust & Competition — New York

Leading U.S. law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition practice in New York. The role will involve handling complex merger control, cartel, and conduct matters across civil and regulatory forums for multinational and domestic clients.

The team handles investigations, counseling, and litigation work; the successful candidate will have a prominent role on high‑visibility matters and the opportunity to collaborate across practices and offices. This is a practice‑building role where demonstrated client development experience is welcome.

• Established partner-level antitrust experience handling merger control, cartel, and conduct matters
• Proven trial or regulatory advocacy and strong technical antitrust analysis
• Track record of client development and ability to bring or grow portable work
• Bar admission in New York (or qualifications to obtain admission) and experience in U.S. antitrust enforcement and litigation
