Seeking a lateral partner to join a major US law firm's Antitrust & Competition practice in New York. The role focuses on counseling clients on antitrust risk, handling investigations and litigation, and supporting complex transactional clearance work.

The group represents corporate clients across industry sectors on merger review, cartel and civil litigation defence, compliance and government investigations. The successful candidate will join a collaborative team with national and international matters.

Established partner with significant antitrust and competition experience in the US market.
Proven record advising on merger clearance, investigations or competition litigation; trial or administrative hearing experience is a plus.
Demonstrable ability to originate and grow client relationships; a portable practice or book of business is welcome.
Admission to the relevant state bar and ability to work from the New York office.
