Lateral Partner — Antitrust & Competition — New York

Experienced antitrust partner sought to join a national litigation and regulatory practice in New York. The role will involve advising on merger control, cartel and conduct investigations, and other competition matters before regulators and courts.

The team handles complex, cross-border matters for corporate clients across sectors; the partner will lead matters, supervise associates, and work closely with other practice groups. There is scope to develop and manage a portable practice and to contribute to business development initiatives.

• Established partner with substantial antitrust and competition experience (merger control, investigations, and enforcement)
• Admission to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction and strong courtroom and regulatory advocacy skills
• Proven track record of leading matters, managing teams, and advising corporate clients
• Demonstrable business development capability and willingness to grow a portable practice
