Lateral Partner — Antitrust & Competition, Palo Alto (Silicon Valley)

Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its Antitrust & Competition team in the Silicon Valley / Palo Alto office. The role focuses on counseling technology and other corporate clients on antitrust counseling, merger review, and competition-related litigation and investigations.

The team handles a mix of transactional and contentious matters; the partner will work closely with cross‑practice colleagues and take a visible role in client development and matter management. This is an opportunity to build a market-facing practice in a major technology hub.

• Established partner-level antitrust experience advising on merger clearance, cartel/abuse matters, and transactional competition issues.
• Strong track record of client development and ability to originate and grow business; a portable practice is welcome.
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction (California preferred) and ability to practice in the US.
• Excellent drafting, advocacy, and team leadership skills; experience working with clients in the technology sector is a plus.
