Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition team in the Philadelphia office. The role will involve advising corporate clients on antitrust counseling, merger control, and competition litigation matters across a range of industries.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative, cross‑practice group that handles domestic and multijurisdictional matters. This is an opportunity to grow a market-facing practice within an established platform and to work with experienced antitrust litigators and advisers.

Established antitrust practice with demonstrable experience in merger control, cartel/price‑fixing, or competition litigation.
Track record of originating or managing client relationships; a portable practice is welcome.
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and strong academic and professional credentials.
Ability to lead engagements, mentor junior lawyers, and work collaboratively across teams.
