Seeking a lateral partner to join a global law firm’s Antitrust & Competition team in Phoenix. The role will handle both antitrust litigation and transactional matters, working on complex enforcement, counseling and defense matters across sectors.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, supervise junior lawyers and collaborate with national practice teams. Candidates with an established portable practice or demonstrated business development ability are encouraged to apply.

Experienced partner-level lawyer with a primary focus on antitrust & competition matters
Track record in complex antitrust litigation and/or transactional counseling
Proven client management and team leadership skills
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to waive in
Portable book of business or demonstrable business development capability preferred
