Seeking a partner to join the Portland office to lead antitrust and competition work on both litigation and transactional matters. The role will handle high‑stakes disputes, investigations and counseling for corporate clients across industries.

The partner will develop and manage a portable practice, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with national and regional teams to grow the local offering. This is a client‑facing leadership role with responsibility for business development and practice strategy.

Established partner‑level experience in antitrust and competition law, including litigation and transactional work
Proven trial or regulatory investigation experience and courtroom/agency exposure
Demonstrable client relationships and ability to bring or grow a portable practice
Track record of mentoring lawyers and leading matter teams; strong business development skills
Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or ability to qualify
