Lateral Partner — Antitrust & Competition, Portland

Established national firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition practice in Portland. The role involves leading complex antitrust matters, advising clients on competition law issues, and contributing to a collaborative regional team.

The successful candidate will have a track record of handling merger clearance, cartel and conduct investigations, or civil competition litigation, and will work across industry sectors with both local and national clients. There is an expectation to help grow the practice through client development and cross-office collaboration.

• Admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) with active bar status.
• Seasoned antitrust practitioner with substantive experience in merger review, investigations, or competition litigation.
• Proven ability to originate or grow business; portable practice welcomed.
• Comfortable mentoring junior lawyers and collaborating across offices on complex matters.
