Leading U.S. law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition team in Raleigh. The role will handle high-stakes antitrust matters across litigation, investigations and merger control for a mix of national and regional clients.

The partner will work with a multi‑disciplinary team on complex, high‑visibility matters and help grow the practice in the region. The firm offers national platform support while maintaining a collaborative local practice environment.

Established antitrust partner with substantial experience in litigation, investigations, and merger clearance matters.
Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex matters from intake through resolution.
Business development capability and willingness to grow a portable practice in the region; a book of business is welcome but not strictly required.
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and strong academic and professional credentials.
