Lateral Partner — Antitrust & Competition — Raleigh

Established, national law firm seeking a Lateral Partner to join and lead antitrust and competition matters from the Raleigh office. The role will involve counseling corporate clients on merger review, cartel and conduct investigations, and competition risk across regulated industries.

The successful candidate will have a portable antitrust practice or demonstrated ability to generate business and will work closely with a cross‑office team of litigators and regulatory advisors. This is a senior leadership role with significant client-facing responsibilities and opportunities to shape practice growth locally and regionally.

• Partner-level experience in antitrust and competition law (merger clearance, cartel investigations, monopolization/abuse of dominance matters, or related counseling).
• Proven business development skills and a portable practice or demonstrable ability to cultivate and expand client relationships.
• Strong track record of handling complex regulatory proceedings and coordinating multi‑jurisdictional matters.
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and cross‑practice collaboration capabilities.
