Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join and expand its Antitrust & Competition practice in Rochester. The role combines complex counseling, regulatory work and litigation support across federal and state matters.

The partner will advise corporate clients on competition compliance, mergers and acquisitions reviews, cartel and conduct investigations, and related civil litigation. The team provides collaborative support across practices and expects the new hire to contribute both technically and commercially.

Established antitrust/competition practice with significant experience in counseling, merger review, and/or litigation.
Proven ability to manage matters and supervise junior lawyers.
Track record of developing client relationships; candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable business development capability encouraged to apply.
Active admission to practice (state bar) and standing to practice in relevant jurisdictions.
