Top-tier national law firm is expanding its Antitrust & Competition capability in Salt Lake City and seeks a lateral partner to join a growing regional practice. The role will focus on advising clients on competition law matters, merger reviews, cartel and conduct investigations, and related regulatory counseling across industry sectors.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team that handles both domestic and cross-border work, contributing senior-level technical expertise and business development to strengthen the bench in the Mountain West. This is an opportunity to shape and grow a portable practice within a broad platform.

Established partner-level antitrust practice with significant experience in merger reviews, investigations, and competition counseling.
Proven track record of business development and ability to build or bring portable client relationships.
Strong litigation and/or regulatory advocacy skills; experience with federal antitrust authorities and state regulators preferred.
Excellent communications skills and ability to work collaboratively across offices on cross-border matters.
