Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition team in San Diego. The role focuses on advising clients on competition issues, merger review, and related investigative and litigation matters.

The firm is looking for a partner who can lead matters, supervise junior lawyers, and contribute to business development efforts in the region. A portable practice or established client relationships in antitrust work would be welcomed.

Proven partner-level experience in antitrust and competition matters (merger control, investigations, litigation or counseling).
Track record of leading matters and supervising teams.
Strong business development skills; portable practice or client relationships a plus.
Admission to practice in California (or ability to become admitted) and ability to work from the San Diego office.
