Lateral Partner — Antitrust & Competition — San Francisco

Seeking an experienced antitrust partner to join a well-established national law firm’s San Francisco office. The role will focus on counseling and litigating complex competition matters for corporate clients across sectors, including investigations, merger review and counseling.

The team handles high‑profile regulatory and enforcement matters as well as private litigation and transactional antitrust work. The practice offers significant client exposure, opportunities to lead engagements, and collaboration with colleagues across the U.S.

Candidates with a portable practice or existing client relationships in antitrust/competition are encouraged to apply; there is flexibility to integrate and grow a book of business within the platform.

• Established partner with a proven antitrust/competition practice
• Track record in merger control, investigations, litigation or counseling before U.S. competition authorities
• Strong client-development and relationship-management skills
• Bar admission and ability to work in the San Francisco market
