Lateral Partner — Antitrust & Competition, Silicon Valley

Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition practice in Silicon Valley. The role focuses on high‑stakes competition matters for technology and other sophisticated corporate clients, including litigation and transactional clearance work.

The team advises on merger control, civil and criminal competition litigation, and regulatory counseling. The group is active on cross‑border matters and works closely with corporate and regulatory teams.

This search targets established partners with a portable practice; candidates with a demonstrable book of business and client relationships will be prioritized.

• Partner-level experience in antitrust and competition law, with significant courtroom and/or transactional exposure
• Proven, portable client relationships or a demonstrable book of business
• Experience advising on merger control, competition litigation, and regulatory investigations
• Bar admission in the relevant US jurisdiction and strong academic and professional references
