Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy Antitrust & Competition practice in Tampa. The role will involve leading both litigation and transactional matters, supervising junior lawyers, and contributing to firm-wide antitrust strategy.

The successful candidate will have partner-level experience handling complex antitrust matters, a record of courtroom and/or transactional advocacy, and the ability to develop and maintain client relationships. There is an expectation of business development and the potential to bring a portable practice.

Established partner-level background in antitrust and competition law
Substantial litigation and/or transactional experience handling complex matters
Proven leadership and team-supervision skills
Track record of business development and client relationship management
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction (Florida preferred)
