Seeking a lateral partner to join a leading practice in Washington, D.C. The role will focus on high‑stakes antitrust and competition matters, including merger control, government investigations, and complex civil litigation. You will join a team that handles cross‑border matters and advises corporate clients across regulated industries.

The firm is looking for an experienced lawyer who can both lead significant matters and help grow the practice through client development and relationship management. The position offers a senior platform, collaboration with a national and international team, and opportunities to expand an existing portable practice.

• Established partner-level experience advising on antitrust and competition matters, including merger reviews and investigations
• Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable book of business welcomed
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills to integrate with and develop a busy team
• Excellent advocacy and negotiation skills; comfortable in both transactional and contentious proceedings
