Lateral Partner — Antitrust & Competition — Washington, D.C.

Leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition group in Washington, D.C. The role focuses on high‑stakes merger control, investigations and complex competition litigation for domestic and multinational clients.

The successful candidate will join a cross‑border team that handles government investigations, cartel and unilateral conduct matters, and merger clearance filings before U.S. and international authorities. The position offers partner leadership opportunities and a platform to grow a portable practice.

• Established partner with significant antitrust and competition experience (merger control, investigations, and/or complex litigation)
• Proven track record of handling high‑profile matters and interacting with regulators and government agencies
• Strong commercial judgment, client development skills and ability to lead and mentor junior lawyers
• Bar admission and authorization to practice in the U.S.; Washington, D.C. admission preferred
