Established national firm seeks a partner to join its Dallas team to lead and grow a cross-practice litigation and transactional offering focused on antitrust, intellectual property (patent) disputes, and private equity-related finance matters.

The role emphasizes a portable practice: patent litigation (particularly life‑sciences and technology matters), antitrust litigation connected to private-equity transactions, and related capital markets/private‑equity work. The team works on complex, bet‑the‑company disputes and high‑value transactional matters across energy and tech industry clients.

This is an opportunity to step into a visible partner role with significant client-facing responsibility and to shape growth in a busy regional hub while leveraging national platform resources.

Partner-level experience in patent litigation, antitrust litigation, and/or private equity/finance matters.
Proven track record handling complex litigation and high-value transactional work; trial and/or contested antitrust experience a plus.
Industry experience in life sciences, technology, and/or energy preferred.
Portable practice and established client relationships expected; demonstrated business development ability.
Bar admission in Texas or ability to obtain admission.
