Lateral Partner — Antitrust & IP Litigation, Austin

Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Austin litigation team with a focus on antitrust and patent litigation. The role will handle complex commercial disputes, antitrust matters linked to private equity transactions, and technology and life‑sciences patent cases.

The team works across regional and national matters and collaborates with trial and IP specialists. The firm encourages growth of a portable practice and will consider candidates with an existing book of business and established client relationships.

• Established partner with a proven record in antitrust litigation and/or patent litigation (technology or life‑sciences focus preferred).
• Experience leading trial teams, managing complex discovery and briefing, and counseling clients on litigation strategy.
• Portable practice or demonstrable client relationships preferred; business development capabilities expected.
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to gain admission.
