Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition litigation team in the Berwyn area. The role focuses on defending and pursuing complex antitrust and competition matters across federal and state courts and regulatory proceedings.

The partner will bring substantial courtroom and litigation experience, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to practice development. A portable litigation practice and demonstrated business-generation ability are expected.

10+ years of antitrust litigation experience at a law firm or in-house.
Proven trial and dispositive-motion experience in federal and/or state courts.
Track record of originating or developing client matters and leading teams.
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and strong academic and professional references.
