Lateral Partner — Bank Regulatory & Transactional (Multiple U.S. Offices)

Growing national law firm is expanding its bank regulatory and transactional practice and seeks a lateral partner to join a busy, client-facing team. The group handles regulatory counseling and transactional work for financial institutions and related industry clients, including matters that intersect with transportation finance.

The firm is hiring across multiple U.S. offices as part of continued organic expansion. The role is business-development oriented: the team needs an experienced partner who can lead engagements, mentor junior lawyers, and help build market share in targeted regions.

• Partner-level attorney with substantial experience in bank regulatory and transactional work.
• Proven track record of originating and managing client matters; portable practice preferred.
• Experience advising financial institutions on regulatory compliance and transactional issues; experience with transportation finance a plus.
• Strong leadership, business development skills, and ability to work across offices; admission to a U.S. jurisdiction required.
