Experienced banking and finance partner sought to join the Charlotte office of a leading international law firm. The role focuses on advising lenders and borrowers on a range of commercial banking matters and leading client relationships across the region.

The position offers a senior commercial practice platform: leading transactions, supervising teams, and originating new work. Candidates with a portable practice or established client relationships in banking and finance are encouraged to apply.

The team advises on general banking and finance matters and works with a broad base of corporate and financial institution clients on US and cross-border matters.

Partner-level experience in banking and finance (commercial lending, syndicated and structured finance experience preferred)
Proven track record of leading transactions and managing client relationships
Business development capability and willingness to grow a portable practice
Admission to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction and strong academic/technical credentials
