An established global law firm is expanding its Riyadh office and seeks a senior partner to strengthen its banking & finance and contentious capabilities. This role combines transactional banking work with leading commercial litigation and enforcement matters in Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team advising regional and international clients on complex finance structures, regulatory issues and high‑value disputes. The team offers broad institutional support and opportunities to develop a portable practice in the region.

Proven partner-level experience in banking & finance and commercial litigation in Saudi Arabia or the Gulf region.
Strong record of leading complex finance transactions and contentious matters; experience with regulatory or enforcement issues an advantage.
Demonstrable origination and client-development capability; ability to bring or build a portable practice.
Excellent client-management and team leadership skills; fluent English; regional market knowledge.
