Leading international law firm seeks a seasoned banking and finance partner to join its Dallas finance team. The role focuses on delivering a full-service commercial banking and finance practice across syndicated and bilateral lending, asset-based lending, and related credit matters.

Successful candidates will join a collaborative, deal-driven group handling complex financing transactions for a range of borrowers and lenders. The team offers strong institutional support and cross-border resources while maintaining a commercial, client-focused approach.

Portable practice welcome — candidates with an established book of business or demonstrated ability to originate and cultivate banking clients are encouraged to apply.

Proven partner-level experience in banking and finance transactions (syndicated, ABL, commercial lending).
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice preferred.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills; comfortable leading deal teams and mentoring junior lawyers.
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work in Dallas.
