Well-established Paris practice seeks a lateral partner to lead and grow its banking & finance and international arbitration work. The role combines transactional finance, regulatory work and cross-border dispute resolution for corporate and institutional clients.

Ideal candidate will take a senior role on client development and case/matter management, working with a compact team of experienced lawyers. A portable practice or demonstrable client relationships are welcome.

Qualified to practise in France (or equivalent EU qualification) with partner-level experience.
Proven track record in banking & finance and international arbitration or related dispute work.
Experience on cross-border transactions and regulatory matters (compliance, trade/customs) preferred.
Commercial client-facing skills and experience building/bringing a portable practice; fluent in French and English.
