Senior banking and finance partner role at a leading US law firm’s San Francisco office. The team advises lenders and borrowers on a broad range of commercial finance matters, including syndicated lending, asset-based lending and related finance transactions.

We are looking for a partner with an established finance practice and demonstrable transaction experience who can contribute to a busy, market-facing group. The firm offers national platform support while maintaining a collaborative office presence in the Bay Area.

Established partner-level experience in banking and finance transactions (syndicated, asset-based, or commercial lending).
Portable practice and proven origination/business development capability preferred.
Track record of leading deals and mentoring junior lawyers.
Admission to practice in California or eligibility to transfer bar licensure.
