Leading law firm seeks an experienced banking and finance partner to join its Washington, D.C. office. The role focuses on advising lenders and borrowers on a broad range of commercial financing matters, including syndicated loans, asset-based lending, and secured financing arrangements.

The team offers a collaborative environment handling complex, cross-border transactions and regulatory aspects of financings. Candidates with an established, portable banking practice and the ability to originate and lead client relationships will be particularly competitive.

• Partner-level experience in banking and finance transactions.
• Proven track record of leading complex financings, including syndicated and secured lending.
