Senior-level opening for a partner to join a busy bankruptcy and finance practice in Albany. The role focuses on creditor-side bankruptcy, restructuring and distressed-debt matters, and work that intersects corporate finance.

The team handles creditor representation, restructurings and distressed-debt transactions. The firm is seeking a partner who will lead engagements, develop business and expand market presence in the region.

Candidates with an established restructuring/creditors' rights practice and the ability to originate or grow client relationships are encouraged to apply.

Proven partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring, creditors' rights and distressed-debt matters
Demonstrated track record of leading transactions and litigation in the restructuring/creditor space
Business development capability — ability to bring or grow client relationships (portable practice welcomed)
Strong drafting, negotiation and courtroom experience where applicable
