Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Atlanta restructuring and finance team. The role will focus on creditor-side bankruptcy, complex restructurings and distressed-debt matters, with significant interplay between bankruptcy and secured lending/creditor remedies.

The successful candidate will lead high-value engagements, manage and mentor junior lawyers, and help grow a market-facing practice in Atlanta. Firm resources support cross-border and corporate finance work where insolvency issues arise.

Portable practice and client relationships are welcome; the role is designed for an established partner who can bring or develop a robust book of business in bankruptcy, restructuring and distressed-credit matters.

Established partner with substantial experience in bankruptcy, restructuring, creditors' rights and distressed-debt work.
Track record of leading complex creditor-side matters and advising on workouts, chapter proceedings and secured lending disputes.
Demonstrated client development ability and experience managing teams of associates and counsel.
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to qualify; readiness to relocate or be based in Atlanta.
