Leading firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Bankruptcy and Finance practice in the Irvine office. The role will handle creditor-side insolvency work, restructuring matters and finance-related mandates for regional and national clients.

Ideal candidate will lead engagements, supervise associates and develop client relationships across bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights matters. The team works on complex workouts, debtor-creditor disputes and secured-lender representation.

Applicants should have an established practice or demonstrated ability to originate and grow work in insolvency/creditor-side finance matters; portable business is welcome.

Established partner track record in bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights work
Experience advising lenders, creditors' committees or creditor constituencies on insolvency and workout matters
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships and supervise junior lawyers
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction; JD from accredited law school
