Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow an established cross-practice group focused on finance, complex litigation and intellectual property matters in the Orange County / Irvine market.

The role will suit an experienced partner with a portable practice who can originate and manage client relationships across leveraged and structured finance transactions and patent litigation. The position offers responsibility for developing business, mentoring junior lawyers, and collaborating with national and international teams.

Proven partner-level experience in one or more of: leveraged finance, structured finance or patent litigation.
Portable practice and demonstrable business development ability.
Track record of managing matters and mentoring associates.
Strong litigation and/or transactional skills relevant to cross-border and complex matters.
