National law firm with an established US presence is seeking a lateral partner to grow its bankruptcy, restructuring and finance practice in New Jersey. The role will focus on leading complex restructurings and cross-border or creditor-side finance matters for corporate clients.

The office has recently expanded in the market and the hire will help build local capability, originate business and work with existing national teams. The firm is open to candidates with a portable practice who can drive client development in the region.

Established partner-level experience in bankruptcy/restructuring and related finance matters.
Track record of leading chapter 11, creditor/borrower-side reorganizations or distressed financings.
Proven business-development ability; a portable book of business is welcome.
Bar admission in New Jersey (or eligibility) and the ability to work from the New Jersey office.
