Senior-level opening for a partner to join and lead a restructuring and bankruptcy practice in the firm's New Jersey office. The role will combine corporate restructuring work with out-of-court and in-court insolvency matters across a range of industries.

The successful candidate will take a visible client-facing role, originate and expand engagements, and work closely with corporate and finance colleagues. This is an opportunity to build a market-leading platform within an established national/international firm.

Partner-level experience in restructuring, insolvency and bankruptcy practice
Proven track record of client origination and business development; portable client relationships welcomed
Experience handling both in-court restructurings and related corporate/finance transactions
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and mentor junior lawyers
Bar admission in New Jersey (or eligibility) and strong standing in the market
