Leading national law firm seeks an experienced corporate partner to join its New Jersey corporate/M&A team. The role focuses on domestic and cross-border mergers & acquisitions, private equity work and corporate governance, with regular engagement in life sciences and energy sector matters.

The partner will handle high-value transactions, advise sophisticated corporate clients, and collaborate across practices to service sector-specific needs. The team offers substantial deal flow and a platform to grow a portable practice.

Established partner with demonstrable corporate/M&A and private equity experience.
Sector experience in life sciences and/or energy preferred.
Proven client development record and ability to bring or grow a portable practice.
Licensed to practice in New Jersey (or eligible) and accustomed to working on complex, cross-border transactions.
Strong collaboration skills and experience leading deal teams.
