Leading law firm seeks a partner to join its Finance & Banking and Corporate practice in New Jersey. The role will handle complex financings, private credit and fund-related corporate finance matters across a mix of lender, borrower and sponsor-side work.

The position is a partner-level opportunity for an experienced finance practitioner who will work with cross-border teams and institutional clients. There is scope to develop and grow a portable practice; candidates with an existing client base will be considered.

Proven partner-level experience in finance and banking transactions, including private credit and corporate finance matters
Track record advising on fund-related and asset-backed financings preferred
Strong commercial judgment, client-development skills and ability to lead deal teams
Established portable practice or demonstrable business-development capability preferred
