Senior finance partner opportunity with a national U.S. law firm’s New Jersey office. The role focuses on originating and leading transactions across commercial lending, consumer finance (including card products), and public finance matters.

The team handles a broad mix of financings for institutional and corporate borrowers and lenders. The office seeks a partner to grow a cross-practice finance platform, work with deal teams on complex transactions, and develop client relationships in the region.

Established partner with a proven track record in finance and lending matters.
Experience across commercial lending, consumer finance (including card), and public finance preferred.
Proven originations and the ability to build or bring a portable practice; business development skills essential.
Strong client management, deal leadership, and mentoring abilities for junior lawyers.
