Leading national firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Securities and Finance practice in New Jersey. The role focuses on transactional and regulatory matters across securities and investment-management work, advising institutional and corporate clients.

The team handles a range of capital markets, investment management and finance matters; the right candidate will contribute senior-level technical experience and commercial judgment while helping grow the practice regionally.

Established partner with significant securities, investment management and/or finance transactional experience
Track record of advising institutional or corporate clients on securities, investment-adviser or fund matters
Proven business development ability; portable practice or book of business welcome
Admission to the New Jersey bar (or willingness to transfer) preferred
