Senior-litigation partner role joining a national practice with a strong securities and healthcare litigation focus. The role will handle complex securities-related disputes, regulatory and white-collar enforcement matters, and litigation tied to life sciences and digital health companies.

The team represents healthcare and life-sciences clients across federal and state courts and before regulators. The firm is seeking a partner who can develop and lead matters, work collaboratively across practices, and help grow work in the healthcare and digital-health sectors.

Portable practice or demonstrated business origination is welcome; the position offers an opportunity to expand an established litigation and securities platform in New Jersey.

Established partner or counsel with significant securities litigation, regulatory enforcement, or white-collar experience
Experience handling life sciences, healthcare or digital health-related disputes preferred
Proven leadership on complex litigation matters and experience supervising teams
Business development track record or portable client relationships desirable
Bar admission in New Jersey (or ability to obtain) and active federal court experience
