Partner — Corporate (M&A & Private Equity), New Jersey

Established national law firm seeks a partner to lead and grow its corporate practice from the New Jersey office. The role centers on M&A and private equity work across life sciences, energy and corporate governance matters.

The partner will work with multidisciplinary deal teams on transactions, advise institutional and private clients, and help expand business development in targeted sectors. The team handles cross-border and domestic matters involving corporate structuring, buyouts and growth capital.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in M&A and private equity transactions, especially for life sciences and energy clients
• Strong client origination and relationship-management skills; ability to lead deal teams
• Bar admission in New Jersey or willingness to become admitted
