Lateral Partner — Environmental & Energy — New Jersey

Established national firm is building a New Jersey presence and seeks a lateral partner to lead and grow its Environmental and Energy practice in the state. This role will combine client-facing work, regional practice development, and collaboration with national teams on complex regulatory and transactional matters.

The successful candidate will take a visible leadership role in a growing office, advising clients on environmental regulatory compliance, permitting, site remediation, and energy-related projects. You will work across practices with colleagues in other offices to handle multi-jurisdictional matters.

• Proven partner-level experience in environmental and/or energy law.
• Track record of originating and developing client work; portable client relationships preferred.
• Strong regulatory, permitting, and transactional experience relevant to New Jersey matters.
• Active bar admission in New Jersey (or ability to obtain promptly) and excellent client communication skills.
