Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a corporate practice in a recently opened New Jersey office of a major national firm. The role will focus on transactional work, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate governance for middle-market and larger corporate clients.

The successful candidate will have an established corporate practice, strong client relationships, and the ability to originate and manage complex deals. This is an opportunity to build a team and shape a growing regional presence while leveraging national platform resources.
