Partner-level opening in Orange County (Irvine) for an experienced restructuring and finance lawyer. The role sits in a combined bankruptcy, restructuring and finance practice advising creditors, borrowers and other stakeholders on insolvency-related matters and related lending and workout transactions.

Seeking a senior lawyer with an established transactional and/or creditor-side restructuring practice who can originate and lead matters, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to business development. A portable practice or demonstrated ability to bring client relationships is welcome.

Admissions: active California bar admission or eligibility.
Proven partner- or senior-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring, creditors' rights and related finance work.
Track record of originating and leading matters and supervising teams.
Business development skills and existing client relationships preferred.
