Team-seeking partner to lead and grow a bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors’ rights practice within a national platform. The role is based in Sacramento and will handle Chapter 11 cases, out-of-court restructurings and creditor-side representation on complex financing and workout matters.

The firm is looking for a senior lawyer who will originate business, supervise associates, and work cross‑jurisdictionally with other offices. You will join a multidisciplinary group that regularly coordinates with leveraged finance and restructuring teams on creditor strategies and distressed financings.

Established partner or counsel with an active bankruptcy/restructuring and creditors’ rights practice.
Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable business welcomed.
Strong litigation and negotiated restructuring experience, including Chapter 11 matters and creditor representation.
Bar admission in California or ability to become admitted.
