Lateral Partner — Bankruptcy & Restructuring, Austin

Leading global firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Austin bankruptcy, restructuring and finance practice. The role focuses on creditor-side and restructuring work across in-court and out-of-court matters, alongside syndicated and debtor-in-possession financing matters.

The team advises lenders, creditors' committees and corporate borrowers on complex restructurings, workouts and creditor enforcement. This is a partner-level opening for an experienced practitioner who will take a visible role on high‑value matters and contribute to practice growth in the Texas market.

• Established partner with a focused bankruptcy/restructuring and creditors' rights practice
• Demonstrable experience on creditor-side restructurings, workouts and transactional finance matters
• Strong litigation and/or restructuring advocacy skills and courtroom experience preferred
• Proven ability to develop business and a portable practice is welcome
