Lateral Partner — Bankruptcy & Restructuring, Boston

Seeking a Lateral Partner to join a well-established Boston office leading bankruptcy, restructuring and corporate insolvency matters. The role focuses on advising creditors, debtors and other stakeholders across a range of in-court and out-of-court restructurings.

The team handles complex chapter 11 cases, distressed M&A and creditor-side work; the successful candidate will have a senior client-facing role and help grow the practice locally and nationally. This is an opportunity for a partner with an existing portable practice or demonstrable business development capabilities.

• Established bankruptcy/restructuring practice with partner-level experience.
• Proven client origination and relationship-management skills; portable business preferred.
• Experience leading chapter 11 cases, creditor committee work, and distressed acquisitions or workouts.
• Bar admission or eligibility to practice in Massachusetts; strong team leadership and mentoring record.
