Lateral Partner — Bankruptcy & Restructuring — Bridgehampton (Long Island)

Leading national firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Bankruptcy, Finance & Restructuring team in the Bridgehampton/Long Island area. The role will focus on creditor-side restructurings, distressed debt work and related creditor remedies.

The team advises institutional creditors and other stakeholders across Chapter 11 and out-of-court restructurings, workouts and creditor enforcement matters. The position offers the opportunity to lead client engagements and develop local market presence while collaborating with an established national practice.

• Seasoned restructuring/bankruptcy partner with demonstrated creditor-side experience (creditors’ rights, distressed debt, workouts).
• Proven track record of leading complex insolvency and restructuring matters and managing litigation or enforcement where needed.
• Portable client relationships or an established book of business preferred; ability to originate and grow work in the Long Island/New York market.
• Strong commercial judgment, excellent drafting and courtroom/presence skills, and experience mentoring junior lawyers.
