The team handles high-stakes bankruptcy matters and requires a partner who can manage significant casework, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to practice development. This is an opportunity to join an established, market-facing practice with regional and national engagements.

Established partner with substantial bankruptcy and Chapter 11 experience, including contested proceedings and restructuring transactions.
Track record of leading engagements and supervising associates on complex insolvency matters.
Proven business development ability; a portable practice or client relationships encouraged but not strictly required.
Admission to the Illinois bar or ability to become admitted; strong litigation and negotiation skills.
