Leading US firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Dallas Bankruptcy & Restructuring practice. The role focuses on complex Chapter 11 proceedings, out-of-court restructurings, and contested insolvency matters across corporate and creditor-side work.

The team handles high-stakes, multi-party restructurings and contentious bankruptcy litigation; the role offers a senior leadership position within a broad, national platform. Candidates with an established, portable restructuring practice who can originate and develop business will be given priority.

Established partner-level experience in bankruptcy and restructuring (Chapter 11, workouts, and related litigation)
Proven track record leading complex insolvency matters and managing deal teams
Portable practice/book of business preferred
Bar admission in Texas or ability to qualify to practice in Texas
