Lateral Partner — Bankruptcy & Restructuring, Dallas

Seeking a lateral partner to join a major international law firm’s bankruptcy and finance practice in Dallas. The role will focus on creditor-side and restructuring matters, including complex chapter 11 cases, out-of-court restructurings, and creditor enforcement work.

The team advises financial institutions, creditors’ committees and corporate stakeholders on restructuring strategies and creditor rights. The role offers a leadership position within an established practice and regular collaboration with finance and litigation colleagues across U.S. offices.

• Seasoned bankruptcy and restructuring partner with a demonstrated creditor-side or restructuring practice.
• Proven ability to originate and manage client engagements; a portable practice or book of business is welcomed.
• Track record on complex chapter 11 matters, out-of-court restructurings, and creditors’ rights litigation/advocacy.
• Licensed to practice in Texas or able to obtain admission; strong project and team leadership skills.
